Ice Festivals, Ford and Chainsaws: What’s the Connection?

It’s winter and time to bring out all things cold-weather related: boots, hats, mittens, and … chainsaws?

Well, you’ll likely need that last item only if you intend to visit the Plymouth Ice Festival in Plymouth, Michigan. This annual festival which takes place one weekend in January, showcases lots and lots of ice in various forms. There is a dueling chainsaw demonstration (yikes!) and many beautifully sculpted ice figures.
