Needless to say, when we caught wind of the news that Ford was teaming up with Spotify on an entertainment experience for FordPass® members, our reaction was one of sheer excitement and anticipation.
If you're unfamiliar with FordPass®, it is the automaker's newest part of Ford Smart mobility: the plan to take the company to the next level in connectivity, mobility, autonomous vehicles, the customer experience, and more. FordPass® in particular falls under the "customer experience" portion of the plan, as the brand attempts to make mobility a more rewarding experience, no matter where the journey takes you.
